I bought the Digital Deluxe Edition of gw2, and got all the little cool items involved. I never got the Rytlock mini thuogh. I’ve been meaning to inquire about it, but I never cared up until today, haha.
I was wondering how I can retrieve him? Is it a simple /slash command like gw1?

AXeonz, this item is sent always via the in-game mail system in a mail titled “Special Item Delivery”. Maybe you have your in-box full. In this case, I would ask you to delete some messages (till you are left with 2-3, for example) and see if you receive the Mini Rytlock. If you do not receive it then proceed to send a ticket to Customer Support. Thanks!
