I bought the new mini pets,and my account shows that I have, over a week ago and I still havent gotten them. I have filled out two bug reports and still nothing. Any help would be great on this..

Did you empty your mail box?
Cause if it’s full you won’t sent the items.
Yep. This is the leading cause of un-delivered items.
