You should have gotten a one time message here on the forum, it was only a maintenance, nothing has changed apparently.
Edit: You can see it under Announcements. 16h ago right now.
nothing has changed? my client changed.
Whenever a build is deployed, even one with no changes, the update process downloads a new exe file.
