When the patch came up I received 2 emails from Captain Evon Gnashblade and Captain Ellen Kiel along with 2 tokens. Then the game message said a new build is available. I downloaded the new build and the emails were gone along with the content

Please ensure that your in-game mailbox is not full. If you have a full mailbox, containing 10+ in-game mail messages, the two Candidate messages will not save. If your mailbox icon is showing red, then your box is full. You’ll see the messages when you login, but when you change maps or log out, the full mailbox is unable hold onto those two excess mail messages and they, unfortunately, will be lost.

We’re sorry about the loss of those mails and the two support tokens that were attached to them. While you can get more tokens through regular game play, I understand that it’s annoying to have lost the ‘free’ ones that Kiel and Gnashblade sent to you.

The team is working on a fix for this issue, but we can’t give you an exact time for when that fix will be deployed.

Here is the text that was contained in the letters in case you lost those messages:

Kiel

I’m competing for the open Ship’s Council seat. To strengthen my position, I’ll be working with the Zephyr Sanctum to establish a trade treaty between them and Lion’s Arch. With your support, the Zephyrites will see that I represent a community of people who have the Sanctum’s interests at heart.

I’ll be in the Zephyr Sanctum. I hope to see you there.

- Captain Ellen Kiel

Gnashblade

Greetings.

As the manager and proprieter of the esteemed Black Lion Trading Company, I intened to use my executive knowledge and bring the citizens of Lion’s Arch an organized leadership, and to forge a trade agreement with the Zephyr Sanctum. Your support helps me blaze trails in this competition. I’ll be working with the Zephyrites in their Sanctum, and I encourage you to join me. Together, we can show them that Lion’s Arch is a worthy business partner.
