Mail Not Received by Recipient

I sent mail this morning containing a Shaman’s Etched Avenger and 30 Corrupted Lodestones to a recipient and it still isn’t there.

This was so they can craft me an item.

It has been over 6 hours now and it has not arrived.

I sent a bug report but the last time I tried that for another matter I did not receive a response, so want to post the issue here as well.

I literally spent the majority of my gold on the items in that mail so please respond to ticket / advise how I can get them restored.

Note – the recipient is my brother, so I am positive he didn’t get the items.

As always, make sure they have enough room in their mailbox. There’s a limit on how many letters you can have, and it will queue up mail past the limit. Have him clear out his mailbox to make room.
