today i’ve logged and i found a e-mail from “GW2 Customer Support” with 23 gold inside.
So, i’ve reported this e-mail using the command in the mailbox and now i’m wondering if this is your mail or some hackers.
I try deleting the e-mail, but i can’t because before i have to accept the money.

I think there are two things going on:
The first can be answered if you bought Elonian Wine during a few days in September. Find info in this thread: https://forum-en.guildwars2.com/forum/support/bugs/Elonian-Wine-Known-Issue/first If the gold came from Customer Support, that likely explains its delivery.
