Mad King Outfit - Blue Tracker

Posting here because I don’t know if the support link is broken.
I bought the Mad King Outfit on the first Halloween and after the patch I had no idea how to use it again. On of the player in my server told where to go and nothing on my tab my outfits are empty. I have no mad king, I check all of my characters and bank and nothing.

Thank you didn’t have to submit a ticket. I tried all the character and the armor smith handed me the mad king out fit thanks guys for the support
