Lost Shores Update

Was looking for some kind of an update from Anet in regards to what they are planning on doing about the people who did not get credit for the lost shores event. I was on an overflow server, was never given the option to switch to my sever, was DC’d at the end of the event and when i logged back in immediately i was placed in a different overflow sever where the event had already been completed and i was not able to receive any rewards for it. As a paying customer of your game i would really appreciate some kind of a response and not just delete my post and hope i go away OR move it into the “archive” section that has not had any updates in several weeks

This is not an account issue. This post was not deleted, it was moved to the Lost Shores forums, so those attending to that forum can read your comments. Do not assume the worst — search for your post!

We have made numerous updates about rewards and you will hear more in the very near future.
