Lost all my Gold - Blue Tracker

I had about 70 gold and decided to throw it all at the trader to buy a lot of items I wanted. I wake up this morning only getting a few items I asked for on my buy orders, so I cancel about 60-65 orders and guess what…..my gold at pickup is ZERO, it’s just completely gone!
I’ve put in a support ticket but I don’t think they will believe me unless they can somehow see what buy orders I had in? I would be sick if they can’t verify this as I couldn’t possible continue playing having lost everything.
Anyone had this issue? I’m wondering if I was lagging at the time causing the issue.

Have you tried clearing your pickup tab? If you have too many items waiting to be picked up, you will not receive any more proceeds (including gold) from sales until you clear it.

Are you sure the orders weren’t filled before you cancelled them? You can check this in the My Transactions tab under Items I’ve Bought.
