i seem to have lost the ability to dbl click on npc’s, creatures and players, i made sure that the check box in the settings was set to dbl click to interact/attack but nothing seems to work. i can click on menu’s ok and right click on my own portrait and current joined party members, i can also click on the interact when it appears on screen but that’s about it. any idea whats going on?

If you haven’t already, I’d also recommend creating a Technical Support ticket and attaching a Game Advisor report to the ticket so we can look into this issue a little further one on one with you.
