Lose Keyboard and mouse function on quit

Hello GW2 team and fellow players. I have run into an issue where I lose the keyboard and mouse functionality when I quit the application. Sometimes I quit GW2 to relaunch the program so my USB headset will work as an audio device (if I’ve just plugged it in after launching GW2) or if I want to free up system resources for other tasks. I have to completely reboot the system to restore keyboard and mouse function.

Any input on fixing this would be greatly appreciated. Hope I didn’t confuse with my description. I should say, this also happens whether I use the “Exit to Desktop” menu choice or quit using a keyboard shortcut.

Hey guys,

For anyone experiencing this can you please submit a support ticket so we can get as much detailed information as possible? I can submit this to our hardware lab to see if it can be reproduced, but intermittent issues are hard to pinpoint, the more data we have available in terms of system specs and steps to try and reproduce, the better. Additionally with tickets in the system we can keep better track of the reports if we need to escalate anything.
