my friend tried to log-in to his account after not playing for a month or 2 but he gets an error message saying his account name or password is invalid.
he tried resetting his password but he needs his serial code, which he does not have because he cleaned out all his e-mails.
even so, he used the same e-mail/password as his GW account, so the fact that his password doesnt work means his account was hacked?
if not, is there a way for him to reset his password without a serial code? or can he recover the account using his payment info or his creditcard or something?
any help would be greatly appreciated!
