Locked out of account - serial code lost

Wife ignored the messages to change password… now shes locked out of her account. …And she cant find the email with the serial on it, to recover the account.

How does she get her account back??

Probably lots of people in this situation who cant even log in to ask.

Please ask her to contact Support by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page. They will be able to assist her get onto her account. For tips on what information to provide in a ticket, please read this post and provide as much as possible to expedite the ticket.
