I bought Guild Wars 2 with the notion that I had completely forgotten all of my Guild Wars information. After playing for a two weeks, I found the information to my old Guild Wars account and had tried to merge my accounts through the Upgrade or Link Accounts option. Unfortunately every time I do this, it leads me to a new Guild Wars 2 account with the same information with my Guild Wars account and when I look under the tab it says that my old and new accounts have been linked under that name. When I look on my original Guild Wars 2 account it says no such thing, nor has the Hall of Monuments been accessed on my current account and the old account does not have access to Guild Wars 2. Any help on linking these two accounts properly would be greatly appreciated.
