Linked wrong accounts

I’ve been trying to access and troubleshoot why I can’t access my HoM rewards for the past two days and I think it’s because I linked my old GW1 account to a GW2 account that doesn’t exist. To explain further, the email I used many years ago for GW1 is the same one I used to link to GW2 but the problem is that my GW2 account is under a different name. I rushed through linking the accounts and entered the wrong info. Since my GW1 name doesn’t have an active GW2 name attached to it, can I transfer it?

The easiest way to submit any questions you may have about your individual account to Support is simply to click “Support” at the top of this page, then click “Submit a request” in the upper right-hand section of that linked page. The team should be able to answer your questions.
