Linked to the Wrong Account

Hi, my IGN is Vael and I’ve got a problem.
I’ve had this problem since the release, and I’ve mostly only recieved standard-issue replies to my tickets, which I’ve just about had enough of by now.
I have two assumptions of my problem.

1. The fact being that I’ve linked my GW2 account to my NCsoft master account could be the problem, since my GW1 account linked to my NCsoft master account is a different name, ending with ncsoft. 2. I've linked my GW2 account to the wrong account at first (example1hotmail.com), so I changed the correct account ([email protected]) to the wrong account ([email protected]), simply changing the email.

Up to this moment, Kinnes keeps saying that only an hero may follow the ancient hero’s path.
I can’t change the linked account either anymore.
