Don’t know what to say beside the added screenshot. I am on EU servers atm and it doesn’t crash on all subsections, only the popular ones like AC so I’m kind of wondering if someone didn’t find an exploit to cause game crash by feeding broken lfg text or something.
[edit : yeah, it’s not happening anymore at the moment. I could be wrong but I really feel like something wrong is going on.]
Hey everyone. Thank you all for your reports on this issue! We’ve got a bug submitted which is under review by the programming team. That said, if you continue to run into this issue, please make sure that you continue to submit your crash logs, including any information you have which could help reproduce the crash. Some examples:
Did you click on a particular category which crashed you? Were there LFG listings in that category?
Did you type a certain character or word into the party window that may have caused it to crash?
Did Scarlet do it?
Additionally, it may be worth trying to add the -repair flag to your client shortcut and allowing it to check your .dat file for any errors. It may not address the problem, but only takes about 10 minutes to verify the integrity of your game data.

Thanks for the additional information, everyone. Scarlet has been convinced that the LFG tool is not essential to her plans. A fix for the crash is inbound, though it’s still up to you to deliver a message to Scarlet from the free people of Tyria.
