For roughly a week now the one-time purchases tab of any laurel vendor has been empty for me. The first time I visited a vendor I could see all the kits on offer but since then nothing is available. All the other tabs list equipment for sale. The problem seems to be somehow limited to only some players since all my friends can see the items for sale.

As you purchase an item from the one-time purchase tab, it will be filtered off the list; so, if you buy all the items, the list will show up empty.
