I’m having a issue when i patch my launcher. Its been like one month that i get the same problem when I open the Guild Wars 2 Launcher. First it start to update, then after like 1300kb of download, the launch stop at Downloading 0 / 0 KB, and the only way I can close the launcher is using the task manager. I already did a search on the forum for posts of the same problem, but i didnt find a solution. There is a screenshot of the problem attached.

My system specs:

HexaCore AMD Phenom II X6 1055T, 2800 MHz
AMD 740G, AMD K10
2 × 2 GB DDR3-1333 DDR3 SDRAM
SAMSUNG HD103SI ATA Device (1000 GB, 5400 RPM, SATA-II)
ATI Radeon 2100 (256 MB) (When I installed the game I was using my Ati Radeon HD 5670, but lost my PSU and now i’m using the onboard graphics)

Hey there Otton Carlos – I’m seeing a few things here that could be causing this issue. First, your graphics card could certainly prevent you from playing. Often times the client won’t even install if you are using a card that is well below the minimum requirements (I do see where you mentioned you have to use the onboard card because of your PSU).

Additionally, the amount of hard disk space on your system may also be preventing the client from patching.

Lastly, AVG could also be preventing you from patching. As a temporary troubleshooting step you may need to configure, disable, or remove it to see if it is the cause of the issue.
