My friend just bought the CD and tried downloading the game. He got to the first screen downloaded the first stuff then the 2nd screen pops up and nothing happens then crashes. He is running Windows Vista and have not found a solution.
We have tried putting full copy of GW2 on to his computer via external hard drive and samething happens over and over. If anyone has any idea of fixing this issue please post.
