Lack of Customer Support

I just don’t see how you can charge ppl money for a game but don’t want to help them. Ive been waiting three days to receive some help on my account that i was told be error message was hacked. Yet noone has said anything to me since i put in my report. It must be nice not to care about customers. They said they had a phone service but stopped it because it took too long. Then they get a service where they don’t have to respond or even look at your ticket. That’s soo much better. Seems they just didn’t want to deal with people having problems. I really want to play and shouldnt be suspended from my account when ive done nothing wrong. Ive only played the game for two days then get suspended and no explanation why? What kind of support is that?

DeathbyAngellz, we totally understand how disappointing is to wait but if you sent already a ticket three days ago, then we would ask you for a little bit of patience till your incidence has been resolved. It can take some more days, it depends on the overall load of works but be sure that our Customer Support is working hard to help all of you.

As Oddzball points out, if the answer takes more than five days, proceed to write your details in the merged thread, where they will be looked into.

I will proceed now to lock this thread.
