l need a response for hacked account

Waiting 6 days for a response for hacked account. I got a strange email that appears to have come from guildwars2 support but which is suspicious 4days ago. At the hacked email. Someone sent an email to ask my personal information, and the email includes links. He calls himself “GM Warco”. He knows that I submitted a ticket ,and he used that ticket responses. So I created a new ticket with a different email, and I made a request for changing my email address, my account name. I really need to abandon the hacked email. But there’s no response. Please help me.

The department that handles this type of situation is a bit backed up at the moment, hence the lack of reply up to this point on this ticket. Apologies for the wait. Please rest assured that the ticket has not been forgotten.
