Knowledge Base Out of Date Info

The Knowledge Base includes some out-of-date information concerning the ability to change your Account Name. It sends you to the ‘My Account’ page, and directs you to enter a new email address there.

One can only update/change the email address associated with your Guild Wars 2 account by contacting Customer Support through the site page or by email.

It would be helpful to those using the Knowledge Base for information on changing the Account Name for the game if this was updated to reflect the correct way to go about doing this.
