kid tried to change email now no forum access

It’s been over 36 hours since they last heard anything from support and my kid is freaking out because they’re treating it like the account was compromised, which it wasn’t.

Now when my kid tries to even login to the forums here they get a message of “Login Error: You do not have access to Guild Wars 2”. My kid can still login to their account, just not the forums. Is this normal for when someone tries to change their e-mail???

My kid even tried to put in the new e-mail instead just to check, but it wasn’t attached to the account yet.

If there is no response that shows forward movement in 3 full days, you may post in the Tickets for Review thread, as mentioned above. Remember the process of examining this could take more than 3 days, but that’s sort a market we set so that we don’t get a lot of review requests for tickets that already are solved.
