Hello guys. I recently changed from sky to BT and I keep getting a email to confirm its my IP.
This happens a lot even if I tick the box to save it. This morning I get one and I am not online. Could my account have been hacked or not.
I would be concerned if you got an authentication email when you were not actively trying to access your account. I really encourage you to contact Support by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page. They will be able to assist you.
