Just got hacked and need help

I just got my account recovered by ArenaNet after my account got hacked. I got on and they got my main to level 80 and I was like 65 before. So I look around my inventory, my hero and guild page to see what they changed (they removed me out of the guild I was in) and then I look at my friends list. I only had one friend added prior and they were removed and they added someone I do not know. They are offline so I can’t talk to them, but my guess is they could be the person who hacked me or someone who knows the person that hacked me. What should I do?
