Just bought game, permanently banned.

I just purchased the game today, since half off seemed like a good deal. I had an already active account since I applied to (and played) beta way back 2 years ago. I added the game to my account no problem, downloaded the game and went to log in and it says my account is permanently banned for botting. I’m not sure how that’s possible since I never had the retail game on my account as far as I’m aware, and it let me add the serial number to my account no problem at all. Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks for the info. I see an agent responded yesterday at 3:15 PM Pacific time. Can you please review that response and see if it fully addresses the issue you were having?
