Arena Net
Come notify them that an item bought with my Gems gone after patch wardrobe. I ask you to please restore me the item: Aviator Sunglasses.
I went to Black Lion Trader Armorsmith, he gave my other items, less the Aviator Sunglasses.
Grateful. Daniel.

Hello Daniel,
Thank you for contacting the Guild Wars 2 Support Team regarding your town clothing.
Please note that you have not lost the town clothing that your characters were wearing prior to the feature build. In order to properly convert your town clothes, gather any town clothing that is not being worn on a character and speak to a Black Lion Trader (Armorsmith) in any major city. This NPC will have a helm icon above its head and is found near the other Black Lion Trading Company NPCs (near Ministers Waypoint in Divinity’s Reach, as an example). The NPC will ask if you are ready to convert your town clothing. After selecting the option that you are ready to convert your town clothing, the NPC will convert the town clothing that your character is wearing as well as the town clothing in that character’s inventory into the new equivalents, which will be either armor skins or an endless tonics, depending on the type of town clothing. Please note that you will need to consume any outfits obtained from this process before they will be added to your wardrobe. You may also receive multiple of the same outfit from this process as well; you should delete any extra outfits after consuming the first one. You should repeat this entire process for each of your characters so that you unlock all of the town clothing that you previously obtained.
Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
Regards,

Good Morning, Arena Net and GM Shaolin ShadowBoxing.
Thank you for your answer, apparently you do not read my ticket. I did all
this stuff and i still do not received my aviator sunglasses back. Its hard
to receive an automatic answer after weeks waiting for a conclusion of this
e-mail. This time have i “deleted any extra outfits after consuming the
first one” and still do not have my Aviator Sunglasses from the Black Lion
Trader (Armorsmith). I have said before: “I went to Black Lion Trader
Armorsmith, he gave my other items, less the Aviator Sunglasses.”. I did
all this path with all my character’s and i did not have my Aviator
Sunglasses Back. I Am still waiting for a solution for my case.
Daniel.

Hello Daniel,
The Guild Wars 2 Support Team cannot manually add or remove skins from a player’s Wardrobe. If your skin was not added to your Wardrobe after using one of the methods mentioned in our Knowledge Base article or the blog post about Wardrobe, please take a moment to submit an in-game bug report about the issue. Using our in-game bug report method will send detailed information about your character and your position directly to our Quality Assurance Team and will help us kitten the issue as promptly as possible.
To submit a bug report in the game, simply click on the “Game Menu” button in the upper left-hand corner of the game interface, and then choose the “Support” option on the Game Menu. That option will allow you to review known issues, report a bug, or will provide a link so that you can contact Customer Support. Please note that we cannot resolve individual issues of this nature through a support ticket.
You’re also welcome to report a game issue in the Game Bugs sub-forum of the Guild Wars 2 Forums ( http://support.guildwars2.com/forum/support/bugs ). You may include screenshots with your forum report, if you wish to do so. While we are unable to respond directly to each bug report that we receive on the forums or through the game interface, each report is reviewed and escalated, when appropriate.
Regards,
GM Anduril
