Issues with getting in dungeon instances

Hey all,

If you’re having issues with getting into dungeon instances, please report the issues here with as many details as possible

Examples:

• Which dungeon
• If you are joining through the pop-up dialogue or by walking up to the entry point
• How many people in the party tried creating the instance
• Any other details you can provide

We are going to unsticky this thread due to the frequency of these posts. Many of these issues are so different that it would greatly benefit us if they could be individual specific threads instead of one giant sticky post.
