Issue with Support Interaction

Sorry I have to create a linking thread, but a moderator misunderstood my request in my other post. I’m not necessarily looking for a resolution of my technical issue, I’m looking for a response as to why customer support “Gave me an incorrect answer”..
I just don’t think it is ok for support to make up answers and pass them off as facts when they don’t know the real answer.

Since Gaile seems to be the one who helps with customer service interactions I’m posting it here. (Please don’t move)

This is a technical support issue, it is not an account issue, such as access, hacking, etc. Please continue to discuss this with our Technical Support Team, and yes, they do have a lot of background in technical support although your other post seems to dispute that.

We are not having issues. That’s proved by the fact that this is an individual issue, not one that is happening to thousands, hundreds, even dozens of players. I trust that our TS Team has assessed this and given you the proper answer, but if you wish to continue to discuss, do so on your ticket, not on multiple forums.
