Is this REALLY necessary?

Hello, I was wrongly flagged for an “inappropriate” Character name recently.

I contacted support about it and finally got a response today. The GM that responded had admitted the fault of my name being flagged and requested my Character’s current name, to then clear it and let me have my original name back.

3 hours later I get a message in the middle of a sPvP match stating that my accout has been suspended and that I will be booted from my current play session until further notice. I thought to myself that, “Oh, they must be clearing up the name for me.” and I try logging in 5 min later, to only realize that I’ve been slapped with a 72 hour ban.

What is going on and please tell me why this is happening.

Found this ticket. I asked an agent to take a look and there was a lapse between the name uncensoring and the removal of the suspension. You should be good to go now. We’re sorry for this error.

Update: Hooray for cross-posting. Glad you could confirm that all is well!
