Is this FAKE GW2 site? (attachments)

I try to submit Support ticket and this is what I found by click ‘support link’ from GW site.
Someone pls tell me is this a fake GW site?

point1. GW logo on tab has the word Guild wars over number2 and not transparent.
real site is transparent and just 2 as logo

point2. Same painting style but look different.

https://help.guildwars2.com is the real support site. You can click the padlock icon in the URL bar & open up the certificate details to verify.

As for the wonky favicon, I dunno. I didn’t have much to do w/ the set up of that site.
