I soulbound my dawn when i first got it and really wanted to make sunrise. But now i’ve lost interest in it and was wondering if there is anyway anet can unsoulbind items? Would love to be able to sell it and use the money for a legendary i will actually use instead of just having it sit in the bank forever.

First, this is not an account issue, this is a general question. It may be better placed in the Guild Wars 2 Discussion forum. But the short answer is that no, we cannot make exchanges or unbind the item.
