Is there a delay after changing password

I used the Support Account Password Assistance and reset my password but I still can’t log in to the game, I get an error message. No way i’m typing the wrong pw in.

I really encourage you to contact Support by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page. They will be able to assist you, and will find a way to do so even if you do not have your serial code (as long as account ownership is not in conflict/dispute).

For tips on what information to provide in a ticket, please read this post and provide as much as possible to expedite the ticket.
