I’ve been trying to log in to the support section of the website to check on a ticket, and despite entering the correct login details I keep getting the following error:
“The username or password you entered is incorrect or your account has been disabled.”
Is the support page down currently?
Hi Edge. We’ve checked to verify the support section of the website is currently up and functioning (http://en.support.guildwars2.com/). It is a different platform from the forums though, so it’s possible you may be using the wrong login information. If you have a different login used for the main Guild Wars 2 site, please try that.
