Just wondering if Charizard if a Char or a Dragon
Is Charizard a Charr too?

Given that Charizard begins as a lizard type (Charmelon) and is actually classified as a dual Flying/Fire type (not a Dragon type, despite its appearance), the answer is that Charizard is not a charr.
Also, we’ll have to close this topic because it’s hardly on-topic.
