IP address validated

Hi guys i have a big problem i have the control of my account on the website but cant log on the game say: waiting for authetification and on my mail it appears that the IP address and ’other than that with which I have registered, follow the link and deny access, but I do not understand, there is no way to get out !!

pls help me how i can replace my ip address ?

I’m not quite sure that I know what you’re asking, but you can authorize a new IP via the Mobile or E-mail Authenticator and then you will be allowed access to the account.
