Invite a friend issue

Hello, i recently invited 3 friends to play for the big Lost shore event and so far ive only spoken to 2 of them. 1 of them got the email but the other didn’t. I made sure to check if their emails were correct and they confirmed with me that i wrote them down correctly.

I still gave the other friend the code but i am afraid he won’t be able to have the link to download the game

This is certainly unfortunate. You should check with Customer Support to see whether this incidence could be solved somehow before the trial period expires.
