Invalid password error after changing password.

So I just recently read the newest “game status update” and it said my password should be unique to Guild Wars 2 (which it was not). So i decided to change my password. After doing so i continued to read about game issues and then noticed that password change is not working right now… sooo i figured i would just change it tomorrow and play today as i normally do but now neither password will work and i cannot log in to to the game client (but i could log in to the website, obviously). I’m assuming this will be fixed tomorrow but it’s really upsetting because this is my day off, and i work long hours on weekends so i won’t even be able to play much again until next week but I submitted a support ticket anyway. I just want to play my game… especially where i hit level 79 last night…

There are a few glitches that we are working on, to smooth this process. In the meantime, I really encourage you to contact Support by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page. They will be able to assist you. For tips on what information to provide in a ticket, please read this post and provide as much as possible to expedite the ticket.
