Infinite Reset Password Loop

My boyfriend is over here trying to reset him password… but the reset password link sends an email. and the link in that email sends him to the same page as before, which sends another email, in an infinite cycle of sending reset password emails. Are we doing something wrong?… Or?

The team had to disable password reset at this time.

They will be working to resolve this situation and try to get it back up as soon as they can.

The team has corrected the issue and has re-enabled password resets. You should be able to reset your password now.
