Incorrect tooltip for Belcher's Bluff

The drink is supposed to shave off 10% when it shaves off 20%.
The water is supposed to heal 20% when it heals 10%.

While I get the percentages are a rough estimate, 1999 is nowhere near 10% (for a drink) and 1028 is nowhere near 20% (for the water).

I hope the numbers were mixed up and this is not how it’s intended to be.

We are aware of the discrepancy, this is scheduled to be fixed. For the record, the tooltip is incorrect, not how much health is adjusted with the skills.
