Incorrect password in-game

i have an issue, well this only happens apparently during Jormag Dragon event. In the middle of nowhere, a window will pop up and say “Incorrect password” and it will boot you out of the game. Then you have to relog again and get back into fight.

What causes this?
Need clarification.

I wanted to let you know that the team is aware of this issue and is discussing the matter via email and will no doubt sort out a resolution in the near future. I don’t have any other information yet, but I did see emails passing through about this, so it’s good for you to know it’s a known issue.
