A friend of mine recently linked an incorrect NCSoft account to Guild Wars 2. If she logs a ticket, are support able to correct the linked account or is it now stuck that way?
She has not received any response yet so we just wanted to know if this is even possible.
Really, the best way to figure out if Support can help her is for her to contact Support by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page. The team will kitten each situation and render whatever assistance is possible.
