Hello,
My friend has had his account hacked and e-mail changed the incident number is the topic title. He is asking what’s the current status of his ticket and can you sort this out asap as it’s clearly effecting alot of players.
He has requested I ask you return the e-mail back to the orignal one used upon creation and designate a random password and e-mail it to that address.
