I sent the ticket just recently (a few minutes ago) but i resolved it myself, i had just forgotten the name of my charachter because i hadn’t played for so long. Now I no longer require any help so the ticket can be ignored, I wasn’t sure of where to give you (the support team) this information, but I figured this might be a good place to do it.
