My ticket has not been responded to.
On 10/22/2012 my account was suspended due to an inappropriate name for 71 hours. I found this very unfair due to me creating the character and in less than 2 minutes of entering the game, I realized that the name could be a reported name. I then went back to the character menu and deleted the character and proceeded to create another character of the same class named meowmixkibbles. Once in game with that character I received a black screen and relogin confirmed that I was suspended. The reason I sent the ticket is because I do not believe the action was fair due to me realizing the rules and correcting my own error yet, I was punished for correcting it. The correction was even in a timely manner when I barley entered the game at the starting area when I decided the name would not suite well.
Its been two days and no response from anybody. It has not become a fact that I was suspended, but that I am upset that I corrected my error and no answer is given.

[Incident: 121022-002784] – Recieved what looks to be an automated msg (Ana) in stating to add serial number and account name in why the second ticket was created. I also replied through e-mail and its been two days no response.
