In urgent need of email address change

I need an urgent response in order to change my email address associated with my gw2 account, I have submitted a ticket a few days ago but have yet been replied to. I decided to submit another ticket today because it is absolutely urgent that i secure my guild wars 2 account before my email address is wiped.

The team asked you security questions back on Wednesday. You created a new ticket today. That is going to slow the process for you.

Please respond to the questions to verify your ownership of the account and the team will be happy to help you.
