In urgent need of email address change

I need an urgent response in order to change my email address associated with my gw2 account, I have submitted a ticket a few days ago but have yet been replied to. I decided to submit another ticket today because it is absolutely urgent that i secure my guild wars 2 account before my email address is wiped.
