My credit card was declined not because of funds but because I have used it to often, guess there is some predetermined spending limit. So I get the notice to contact customer service to verify identity. But no way to contact customer service. There is no means to call anyone either through GW2 or NCsoft to verify my identity. So a customer that is willing to spend money on your game is stopped from spending money from a poorly thought out and designed system. It shows a very poor business model. Hope the folks at GW2 or NCsoft get it together, cause if this is the type of service we can expect now, not much to look forward to. Love the game, but can’t see wasting my time on a micro transaction game when I can’t use the main feature of micro transactions. Yes I could not spend money on the game, but a game that uses micro transactions to support itself will die in the long run if it is miss managed like it currently is.
