Long story short, I was away from Guild Wars 2 for over a year. When I come back and try to access my account, I find it’s blocked and I need to remove the old authentication on it. Problem fixed within 2 days. HOWEVER at the same time, all of the Guild Wars 1 accounts associated with my log in have been “blocked” with no explanation. When I submitted a ticket to the guild wars 1 team with identification, I was met with the response “We will not unblock this account. This issue is now closed”.

Since then, I’ve opened a ticket asking for more explanation which was escalated but has gone unanswered for almost one month now. As per advice, I’ve not replied to it to bump it except once a few weeks ago asking what should I do.

Since there is no GW1 support forum anymore and no way of contacting anyone about GW1 accounts except through the support system, I am totally confused on how I should proceed with this. My GW1 account is linked to my GW2 account, it is a pre-launch account with all expansions at collector’s edition level, many paid for player slots unlocked and a fully unlocked skill set and I am sad that I no longer have the ability to enjoy it.

Does anyone have any advice on how to proceed? I posted in the unanswered sticky here and Micheal said he sent a request that it’s looked at, but no one did anything. I since then posted asking if he had any advice and both my posts were ignored. I am the legitimate owner of the accounts, have never used any third party programs for cheating and don’t even own a full stack of ectos, so I have no idea why it’s blocked!
