If I del my characters, can I switch servers?

The title says it all. Earlier on, a friend and I switch servers when it was free. Then he transfered one night just to get to a different server. Then within about two days, he wasn’t able to transfer back without paying. So… I want to play with my friend. If I deleted all my characters, will I be able to transfer?

When folks say “It didn’t work” it’s usually because they have transferred sometime in the last 7 days. As far as I know, the “delete characters/transfer” system is working just fine.

Please DO remember to bank your items, though, because those on the character will be deleted when the character goes bye-bye.
